The Club Secretary, or in their absence a member of the Club Committee, shall enter Minutes of General Meetings into the Minute Book of the Club.

Club Teams
At its first meeting following each AGM the Club Committee shall appoint a Club member to be responsible for each of the Club’s football teams. The appointed members shall be responsible for managing the affairs of the team. The appointed members shall present to the Club Committee at its last meeting prior to an AGM a written report of the activities of the team.
The Academy will be in membership of the Scottish Youth FA.
The Academy is controlled and managed by a committee approved by the SYFA Executive Committee.
Management
The management of the Academy will be vested in an Executive Committee consisting of the Office Bearers, who will have one vote at any club meeting. The Director of Football will have the casting vote.
Our Development
Great Olympic football Academy will be playing in the third Division Nigeria League and also in grassroots league for players development.
we are looking for partnership that will allow us achieve these plans.
We can also sell our franchise to investors that have an interest.
OPEN SCREENING
Our aim at Great Olympic Football school is to work on the players, make them competitive and fit to play good football anywhere in the world.
Twenty five (25) Players expected in the camp. Three (3) Years contract to develop and manage talents players, make them market worthy to clubs both locally and abroad.
Within this period, the school will teach players two (2) out of this Languages depending on the country of target the player is likely to be engaged – English. – French – Italian – Portuguese – Spanish Teaching players these languages are to arm the players on how to read, understand and how to sign contracts without consultation
The Coaches are licenced, of sound minds, with required skills to bring every talent on Board. We are scheduled for total Football development package, three (3)times in a week and a day in the week for languages class. Target age 17 to 20 year
